As all interactions are directly between the parties to a transaction, it will entail substantial savings in terms of the brokerages/commissions paid to the intermediaries and ensures transparent communications.

What is Direkt.ae’s role?

Direkt.ae provides its users with a comprehensive, easy to navigate & tech driven platform, where all transactions are facilitated without any intermediary. To assist our users, Direkt.ae’s dedicated team will be available to provide hands on advice in maneuvering the site & ensuring that the listings/searches are carried out in a meticulous way to achieve the desired results. Every listing on the portal will be verified and vetted by our in-house team, thereby ensuring the authenticity of the listings.

How does a transaction take place on Direkt.ae?

Below mentioned are the steps involved for each category of users on Direkt.ae;

Seller:

1. Registration and sign in on the website
2. Submission of the property details & documents on Direkt.ae by the seller
3. Verification of the authenticity of the information & documents by Direkt.ae
4. Listing appears on the site
5. The listing will be searchable & accessible for potential buyers, who in turn will start contacting the seller via the contact co-ordinates captured on the listing
6. Once the buyer & seller are in communication, if requested, Direkt.ae will assist in arranging the viewing, related documentation etc, to bring the transaction to its logical conclusion (the value added services will vary based on the subscription packages the user has opted for)
7. The transaction is taken to its finality (Direkt.ae’s assistance will be made available throughout the journey*)

Buyer:

1. Registration and sign in on the website
2. Verification & vetting of the registered buyers will be done by the internal team of Direkt.ae
3. Buyer will be able to access the data of sellers who are registered on the site & will be able to access them directly on the registered co-ordinates and they can start the communication
4. Once the buyer & seller are in communication, if requested, Direkt.ae will assist in arranging the viewing, related documentation etc, to bring the transaction to its logical conclusion (the value added services will vary based on the subscription packages the user has opted for)
5. The transaction is taken to its finality (Direkt.ae’s assistance will be made available throughout the journey*)

Landlord:

1. Registration and sign in on the website
2. Submission of the property details & documents on Direkt.ae by the landlord
3. Verification of the authenticity of the information & documents by Direkt.ae
4. Listing appears on the site

Tenant:

1. Registration and sign in on the website

What are the costs to be incurred by a user in accessing the portal?

Direkt.ae works on subscription models – we will be having 2 subscription models based on the preferences of the user, a standard one & a premium one. Users (primarily sellers & landlords) will also be having an option to feature their properties at a cost, whereby their properties will be displayed on an exclusive featured list on the landing page.
